I’m Jane.
It’s nice to meet you!
When I was five years old in the bathroom of our neighborhood bagel shop, I turned to my mom and asked, “What do you think about this tile?”
I’ve always had an appreciation for all things design. Whether it’s the ease of purchasing a train ticket from a kiosk abroad, the intricate architecture of Budapest, or the interior of a cozy coffee shop in Copenhagen, I find satisfaction and inspiration in these moments of intentional design.
With a background in business and psychology, I bring a well-rounded perspective that balances logic with empathy. Throughout my time in the hospitality industry, I naturally developed a human-centered mentality, learned to make sense of and embrace the chaos, the value of patience, and the art of interacting with different personality types. When I made the transition to Product Design, one of the first things I noticed was how well those skills played into the process.
I decided to pursue Product Design because I wanted to utilize my interest in psychology and appreciation for intentional design. I wanted to advocate for users while solving real-world problems.
My goal as a designer is to stay curious, think creatively, act intentionally, and lead with empathy to design mindful, intuitive experiences.
